Joining the loyalty program 

1. To join the loyalty program, you must sign in/create new account. This can be done via ‘my account’ at Glamkidz.com or through our customer service team. 
2. If you wish to opt out of the loyalty program this can be done at any time via ‘My Account’ or through our customer service team. When you opt out you will no longer be able to use any rewards earned and will no longer receive any emails or promotions relating to the rewards scheme.
3. If you wish to re subscribe to the loyalty program you will need to contact our customer service team.
4. If you have made a purchase whilst unsubscribed you have 7 days to claim your rewards by opting in, after this period you will no longer be able to claim rewards on the purchase.
5. If you re subscribe to the loyalty program, all rewards earned while subscribed will still be valid as long as they have not passed the 12-month expiry period.

Earning ‘Rewards’

1. For every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases from Glamkidz.com, you will be awarded 1 Pending Point. Pending Points will be added on the 28th day after your purchase was placed provided no returns, cancellations or amendments have been made.
2. Qualifying purchases made in any other currency other than US Dollar will be converted to USD after making your purchase according to the Glamkidz conversion rates at the time, and you will accrue your Pending Points on the USD amount.
3. You will receive 1 Point for every dollar ($) you spend. If you spend $1.50, your points will be rounded up and you will receive 2 Points.
4. Points will expire 12 months after the date they were added.
5. Points can also be earned via boosters and promotions. Full details of points earned will be illustrated by Glamkidz.com

Levels and Rewards

We will allocate you a level based on the current number of points you have:

• Entry: 0 – 99 Points
• Bronze: 100 – 499 Points
• Silver: 500 – 999 Points
• Gold: 1,000 – 4,999 Points
• Platinum: 5,000 – 9,999 Points
• Diamond: 10,000+ Points

1. Once you have accrued enough Points to take you to the next level, you will automatically be moved up. You will also be automatically moved down as and when your Points expire.
2. Each level will give you access to greater rewards. These rewards are set out by Glamkidz and we reserve the right to change and update these without notice.
3. Rewards and Points cannot be transferred to another customers account.
4. Rewards and Points have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in anyway traded, except as stated in these Terms.
5. Rewards earned cannot be carried over with each level increase or decrease.
6. Glamkidz reserves the right to change rewards and boosts without giving any prior notification. Glamkidz also reserves the right to discontinue the loyalty program at any point.
